Dambis Rebnew
Dambis REBNEW is our environmentally friendly product range, which is 100% maintenance-free and extremely resistant to various environmental conditions.
REBNEW is made from 100% recycled polymer, which in turn is also recyclable and obtained from the selective collection of used plastic. Products made of REBNEW material are ecological, as they reduce the amount of garbage deposited in landfills, giving new life to used packaging and preventing environmental pollution.
The tiles are maintenance-free and have a 20-year warranty*.

REBNEW recycled plastic material production
The boards are made from household plastic waste and mainly consist of high and low density polyethylene, as well as polypropylene, polystyrene and polyethylene terephthalate.
The raw material we use for the production of REBNEW tiles comes from a EUCERTPLAST certified waste manager with an ISO 14001 management certificate and an ISO 50001 energy management certificate and the Blue Angel eco-label.
Repairing scratches
The recycled plastic in the REBNEW dam is a dark ocher colored material that is dyed in bulk. This, together with the uneven surface finish, makes the board extremely durable, as it perfectly hides scratches from possible acts of vandalism. Nevertheless, if there is a desire to repair scratches and give the surface of the board a fresh look, it can be done by following the instructions in the video below.
Optional: engravings
In Dambis REBNEW recycled plastic boards can be personalized with exclusive engravings of local government and company logos. This option is available for orders with a minimum number of 150 tiles, which is equivalent to, for example, 25 CITIZEN ECO benches.
Resistance to climatic factors
The resistance of the material to climatic factors has been verified by tests carried out in accordance with the standards EN 131-2 and EN ISO 4892-2, during which changes in color and mechanical properties (elasticity, tensile strength and elongation), resistance of the samples to ultraviolet radiation and wear due to climatic factors have been tested. The results show that the material can be considered resistant to UV radiation and environmental factors.
Cross-contamination of metals
The pigments used in the production of tiles do not contain lead, nickel, cadmium, hexavalent chromium or mercury. Tests carried out in accordance with the EN 71-3 standard have proven that the material is also suitable for use in children’s playgrounds.
