1. Find a suitable product from the product range and add it to the inquiry basket or submit a separate inquiry for each product via the “contact” form.
2. Click on the Request basket button in the upper right corner and you will see all the selected products. In the inquiry basket, it is possible to add clarifying comments and questions about the product and additional services offered by Dambis. If you also want transport or installation service, please let us know in the comments, specifying the object or location in more detail – that way we can make a more accurate price offer.
3. By clicking “Send request” a new window will open where you can enter your contact information so that we can contact you and ask additional questions if necessary. Please fill in all required fields. As an additional option, you can also send your request to a friend or colleague to get acquainted with the products you have chosen. In addition, it is also possible to print out the contents of the inquiry basket and come to our office-sample room, where most of the products are also available for inspection on site.
4. Once we have received your request, we will review it and prepare a price offer for you. In case of additional questions, we will contact you by e-mail or phone.
6. If the price offer is suitable, we will send you an official order confirmation, for which we are waiting for a written confirmation. Payment is made in cash or on the basis of an invoice. There is no card payment option in the office.
7. To confirm the order and start processing, we will send you a 50% advance invoice, which we expect to receive within 3 working days.
8. You can pay the second installment after signing the transfer and acceptance deed on the basis of an invoice or in cash according to previously agreed conditions.
9. The standard quotation includes the price of the product without the installation service. More detailed delivery and installation conditions will be agreed upon in writing in advance.
10. The price offer and order confirmation also state the delivery time of the products. For standard orders, the delivery time is 3-8 weeks, this does not include the time required for the installation service.
11. All our products and services come with a 24 month warranty starting from the invoice date.
